Senior Living Community
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead our senior living community. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing financial performance, and leading a dedicated team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all community operations, including resident care, dining, housekeeping, maintenance, activities, and administration.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements.
- Lead occupancy growth through community outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate employees.
- Foster a positive culture focused on resident satisfaction, quality care, and employee engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- Must meet one of the following:
- Bachelor's degree plus two years of administrative experience, or
- Six years of administrative experience, or
- Master's degree in a related field, or
- Current Louisiana Nursing Facility Administrator License.
- Senior living, assisted living, or healthcare leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, financial management, communication, and compliance knowledge.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Must meet all healthcare and background screening requirements.
