Position Overview
Medical Alternatives, Inc. is seeking dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support individuals in AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living settings. This role is hands-on, team-oriented, and focused on delivering consistent, person-centered care.
Full-time (minimum 32 hours/week)
Optional overtime available
Available Shifts
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
Pay
$17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
What You'll Do
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and shopping
- Support medication preparation and administration
- Transport and accompany residents as needed (company vehicle provided)
- Provide consistent, respectful care in a structured environment

Qualifications
- Active CNA certification (Michigan)
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid and CBIS certification (preferred, not required)
