$17-$19/hr Bonuses
Full-Time (32 hours/week) | Overtime Available
$3,500 New Hire Bonus
- $1,000 after 90 days

No experience required. Paid training and certification provided.
What You'll Do
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will support individuals in AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Supporting medication administration
- Transporting individuals using a company vehicle
- Providing emotional support and encouraging independence
Shifts Available
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Michigan driver's license, in good standing
- CPR/First Aid and CBIS certification preferred (not required)
- Experience in patient care, CNA, or TBI support is a plus
