Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients professionally and warmly
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic software
- Educate clients on treatments, service packages, and retail skincare products
- Drive revenue through upselling and cross-promoting services
- Process payments and invoices, and maintain accurate client records
- Maintain an organized, presentable front desk and lobby
- Coordinate pre- and post-treatment client support alongside providers
- Support clinic events, promotions, and special client experiences
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards
- Represent the clinic's standards of service at all times

Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing, sales, or front desk role required
- Front desk experience: 1 year required; spa experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing, promotions, and service recommendations
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software
- Professional presence with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in wellness, skincare, or aesthetics is a plus
