What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Big River Bowling?

Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Accurately rings sales at counter and follows opening and closing cash procedures.
- Help arcade customers with questions and redemption prizes
- Fill cranes with merchandise
- Clean arcade games, vacuum carpet on golf course holes, clear and wipe down tables as needed.
- Clean and stock redemption store as needed.
- Notify management of game malfunctions or problems
- Assists customers with basic instructions on golf course, kiosk, arcade games.
- Adheres to all appearance and uniform standards
- Operates POS equipment, and computers
- Assists co-workers with miscellaneous duties to prevent delays in the customer service. (Bartending and/or serving if necessary)
- Ensures that a clean and safe environment is maintained at all times. Follows all company safety and security operating standards; reports accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management.
- Available to work weeknights (5pm to 11pm) & weekends (5pm to 1am).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
