Our dedication to accelerating AI underscores our mission to enrich the future of humanity. - Develop and execute go-to-market plans to articulate MediaTek’s winning strategy, unique value propositions, and competitive advantages in AI and cloud data center ecosystems. - Champion and drive MediaTek’s technology vision for the data center market, focusing on advanced solutions such as SerDes, D2D, packaging, interconnects, XPUs, and switch platforms. - Lead technical promotion efforts to educate and influence customers, partners, and industry stakeholders on MediaTek’s datacenter innovations and roadmaps. - Manage technical engagements throughout early RFI/RFQ phases, ensuring MediaTek’s offerings are well-positioned and clearly differentiated. - Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis, synthesizing trends and intelligence to fine-tune MediaTek’s positioning and product messaging. - Prepare technical collateral, competitive benchmarks, thought leadership presentations, and customer-facing materials to support sales and product teams.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• - 7 years’ experience in technical marketing, R&D, or product strategy roles, preferably in data center, networking, or cloud technology environments.
• - Deep understanding of data center technologies including hardware/software architectures, compute, networking, storage, and their deployment in AI/cloud/data center ecosystems.
• - Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering competitive positioning, value propositions, and technical marketing collateral for advanced technology products.
• - Skilled in managing technical engagement processes during RFI/RFQ phases and influencing customer decisions through technology leadership.
• - Exceptional communication, presentation, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• - Established network with technical influencers at tier-1 cloud service providers and data center operators in the US.
• - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for external audiences.
• - Willingness to travel to industry events, customer sites, and conferences as needed.
• Salary range: $15
• 171,000- $168,000
• Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
