Lead and mentor a team of analog and power management designers, providing technical direction and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Oversee the architecture, modeling, and prototyping of integrated power delivery solutions, ensuring best-in-class efficiency, transient response, power integrity, EMI mitigation, and reliability. Drive requirements gathering, feasibility studies, and design reviews, collaborating closely with packaging, thermal, mechanical, and vendor teams. Develop and implement strategies for on-package, high-density power delivery, leveraging expertise in PMIC, IVR, switching power converters, LDOs, and advanced power devices. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and represent the team in executive and customer meetings.

Main Requirements and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 15 years of experience in SOC/CPU/GPU power delivery architecture and design.
- 5 years of proven leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex projects from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in PMIC, IVR, switching power converters, LDOs, and advanced CMOS technologies.
- Strong knowledge of control loop theory, power integrity, EMI, and thermal management.
- Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, AMS, Matlab, and Python.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Salary range: $201,000- $287,000
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
