Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Pay Range: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and motivate the concierge team to deliver five-star service
- Coordinate team schedules, approve timecards, and ensure proper coverage
- Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming packages and deliveries using concierge software (Yardi preferred)
- Oversee vendor access and property security protocols
- Maintain clear communication with property management and residents
- Step in for coverage as needed and assist with emergencies or special events
What You Bring
- Prior concierge and supervisory experience required (luxury or residential preferred)
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude
