Essential Duties and Requirements:
- Greet residents and announce all guests
- Conduct security check of building and confirm identity of all visitors
- Provide resident services such as package acceptance and retrieval
- Adhere to and enforce all property policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Eligibility to work in the USA without Sponsorship
Pay and Benefits:
