This role focuses on ensuring new features and workflow updates are thoroughly tested, clearly documented, and successfully adopted by internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, process-driven, and comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is not a software development role - rather, it is centered on quality assurance, coordination, and user enablement.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Testing & Quality Assurance
- Test new platform features, enhancements, and workflow updates prior to release
- Conduct structured user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identify, document, and track bugs or usability issues
- Validate system outputs for accuracy and alignment with business needs
- Provide organized feedback on usability and process improvements
- Translate business requirements into clear testing scenarios
- Partner with product and engineering teams to clarify expected functionality
- Support onboarding and training for internal users
- Create and maintain user guides, release notes, and documentation
- Serve as a resource for platform-related questions
- Assist with coordinating feature releases and system updates
- Track open issues and enhancement requests
- Communicate updates and timelines to stakeholders
- Perform basic data quality checks and validation
- Confirm inputs and outputs align with reporting standards
- Escalate inconsistencies or risks appropriately
- 1-3 years of professional experience in analytics, systems support, QA, operations, or related roles
- Experience with software testing, QA processes, or user acceptance testing
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Asana)
- Media, advertising, or marketing analytics experience
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools (coding experience not required)
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Basic understanding of databases or data structures
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
