What You Will Do
- Deliver down routes
- Support carriers on routes, assist in warehouse operations, and help single copy as needed
- Collect carrier bills if necessary
- Enter system corrections for carrier and customer information
- Follow-up with customers to ensure problem situations have been resolved
- Project a positive image in presentation of customer service
- Expand circulation by getting more subs on routes using promotions, sample programs, and contests
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Outstanding accountability needed for problem solving
- Ability to work independently – with little supervision – but in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy is mandatory
- Weekend hours required
- Able to be able to lift 50 lbs. at times
- Dependability is a must
