How To Apply
This position performs administrative and customer service duties related to digital advertising fulfillment.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate print and digital advertising campaigns through interaction with advertising sales representatives
- Manage components of multiple accounts and monthly project-driven campaigns
- Upload and transmit creative camera-ready advertising material into the system, as well as perform detailed entry for ad creative builds
- Create live digital advertising campaigns on multiple platforms, including Google Ad Manager
- Enter orders for billing and utilize basic financial knowledge to troubleshoot payment/billing reconciliations
- Pull and download campaign performance reports
- Interact with advertising clients for general customer service requests
- Solve problems and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Work effectively in a team environment and be self-driven when working independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including a clear and pleasant phone manner
- Ability to learn new systems and workflows quickly
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Excel, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Working knowledge of print and digital media or previous experience in the media industry
- Advanced computer skills with a high degree of accuracy for data entry
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Good organizational skills are needed to keep campaigns running smoothly to ensure deadlines are met
- Basic knowledge of Adobe management solutions
- Regular and reliable attendance
