Medial Construction Services is a growing residential remodeling contractor based in Schuylerville, NY. We specialize in high-quality home renovations, additions, decks, bathrooms, kitchens, siding, roofing, windows, and exterior improvements throughout the Capital Region.

Position
General Laborer (Full-Time)
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Hours may vary depending on project needs.)
Location: Based out of Schuylerville, NY
Travel to local job sites throughout the Capital Region.
What You'll Do
- Assist carpenters and lead crew members with daily construction activities
- Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and tools
- Perform demolition, job site preparation, and cleanup
- Assist with framing, decking, drywall, siding, trim, painting, and general remodeling work
- Safely operate hand tools and basic power tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Represent Medial Construction Services professionally on customer job sites
QualificationsRequired
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Smartphone for clock-in/out, scheduling, and company communication
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous construction or general labor experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Basic knowledge of residential construction
