Marketing Agency Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Fishers, IN, with flexibility for remote work. Daily responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, ensuring projects align with client goals, managing timelines and budgets, and driving successful project delivery. The Account Manager will also identify growth opportunities for clients, contribute to lead generation initiatives, and support the team in delivering excellent marketing solutions.

• Strong skills in Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships
• Demonstrated ability in Communication and Sales to clearly convey ideas and build trust with clients
• Proficiency in Project Management to organize workflows, meet deadlines, and manage budgets
• Experience in Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Proven ability to adapt to both in-office and remote work environments
• Knowledge of digital marketing practices and strategies is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
