We’re looking for a driven Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help take our Elk Grove clinic to the next level.

What You’ll Own

As Office Manager, you are responsible for running the clinic like it’s your own:

• Lead, coach, and motivate administrative and clinical staff
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first call to ongoing visits
• Drive revenue by converting leads into consultations and enrollments
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, patient flow, records, and follow-up
• Hold the team accountable to performance and conversion goals
• Manage billing, receivables, inventory, and basic financial processes
• Ensure compliance with Medi-Weightloss protocols and healthcare regulations
• Analyze reports and KPIs to improve clinic performance
• Build a positive, energetic, results-driven clinic culture
