Exercise Knowledge: Prior training or experience in exercise is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our mission, blending clinical expertise with front office efficiency to deliver outstanding patient experiences. Your role will include:
Clinical Duties (Based on Credentials):
- Perform essential clinical tasks such as taking patient vitals, conducting EKGs, and performing phlebotomy with precision and care.
- Administer intramuscular (IM) injections and prepare laboratory order forms.
- Retrieve and review patient lab results to support seamless care.
- Assist physicians or mid-level practitioners with patient referrals to other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient progress in charts and/or EMR systems with accuracy.
- Conduct follow-up calls to monitor patient progress and provide empathetic support.
- Take on additional clinical responsibilities as needed to ensure top-tier patient care.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently routing calls and addressing inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional patient service by greeting patients warmly and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.
- Support clinic operations by monitoring inventory levels for clinical and office supplies.
- Perform daily scanning and uploading of patient documents to maintain organized records.
- Train colleagues on daily procedures as directed by the office manager or physician.
- Contribute to clinic marketing initiatives to drive profitability and promote our mission.
