Duties:
- Provide instruction and training to students in the field of phlebotomy, with a focus on phlebotomy.
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that align with the curriculum and educational objectives.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and promote student engagement.
- Facilitate discussions, group activities, and hands-on laboratory exercises to enhance students' understanding and application of concepts.
- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and practical demonstrations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and assessment.
- Stay updated with advancements in the field of nursing education and incorporate relevant changes into instructional practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of [2] years of experience working as a phlebotomist.
- Experience working with students or providing education/training in an adult learning environment.
- Familiarity with documentation review processes and standards in healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of phlebotomy principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities.
