Weekend RN Supervisor

The Weekend RN Supervisor is a full- or part-time clinical leader responsible for overseeing weekend shifts to ensure quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance.

• Supervise nursing staff, conduct resident assessments, respond to emergencies, and ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Provide coaching, address staffing issues, and promote teamwork during weekends.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, monitor infection control, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, staff, and report to leadership.
• Qualifications include an active RN license, 2 years clinical experience, and strong leadership skills.
• Work schedule involves weekend shifts, possibly on-call, with physical requirements for emergency response.
  
  

Pay ranges from $50.00 to $62.00 per hour, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), continuing education, paid time off, and more.
