Weekend RN Supervisor

The Weekend RN Supervisor is a full- or part-time leadership role overseeing clinical operations during weekend shifts to ensure quality resident care, compliance, and staff coordination.

• Supervise nursing staff, conduct resident assessments, respond to emergencies, and review incident reports.
• Serve as the primary clinical leader, providing guidance, addressing staffing issues, and fostering teamwork.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, monitor safety protocols, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Act as a liaison among physicians, families, residents, and staff, communicating resident updates effectively.
• Qualifications include an active RN license, 2 years of clinical experience, and strong leadership skills.
• Requires physical ability to respond quickly and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Weekend shifts typically last 8–12 hours, with on-call duties possible.
  
  

Compensation ranges from $50.00 to $62.00 per hour, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental insurance, paid time off, and continuing education credits.
