Licensed Counselor, LCSW, LPC, LCPC or LSOTP

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) to provide therapeutic services at a 48-bed residential facility for youth aged 12-19.

• Starting salary is $70,000 for fully licensed counselors, with potential for higher pay based on experience and licensure.
• Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, PTO, and 401(k).
• The counselor reports to the Clinical Director and COO.
• Responsibilities involve utilizing milieu therapy and CBT to promote positive behavior, self-esteem, accountability, and social skills among youth.
• Qualifications include a master's degree in counseling or related field, relevant licensure in Illinois, and preferably juvenile counseling experience.
• Must be proficient with technology tools like Outlook, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, and email.
