LPC/LCPC – Meaningful Caseload, Culturally Responsive Care
Location: Evanston, IL (onsite) Virtual across Illinois
Employment Type: W2/1099 depending upon licensure

What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy in a client-centered, culturally affirming way.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track client progress.
- Maintain timely, ethical clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in supervision.
- Offer crisis support or make referrals as needed.
Who You Are:
- Licensed LPC or LCPC in Illinois (or license-eligible with supervision).
- Experienced in evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
- Committed to culturally responsive, equity-focused care.
- Skilled at managing a small caseload with intentionality and depth.
