What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Training Director, Behavioral Health position at Medfamily Wellcare Center?
Full-time position supervising and training Spanish-speaking behavioral health trainees, including ACSWs, AMFTs, and licensed therapists, with a focus on developing culturally-sensitive Spanish-language programs.
- Provide clinical oversight within scope of licensure, maintaining a caseload and delivering direct assessment and treatment to youth and families.
- Develop and implement training modules, supervise approximately 6 trainees, and oversee day-to-day operations of mental health services.
- Participate in staff recruitment, performance evaluation, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies.
- Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or MFT, 5 years of clinical experience, 3 years of supervision, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Must hold a California license (LCSW or LMFT), have relevant community-based mental health experience, and be able to travel and work in person at Petaluma, CA.
