- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Spanish-speaking trainees and staff
- Develop culturally-sensitive counseling curriculum
- Manage daily operations of mental health services delivered by trainees
- Recruit, interview, and select clinical trainees
- Maintain clinical caseload as a licensed LCSW
- Collaborate with leadership on staff performance and program quality
- Provide direct assessment and treatment to youth and families as needed
- Licensed LCSW or LMFT with at least 5 years of clinical experience
- 3 years of supervision experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience working with underserved Latinx populations
- Strong cultural competence and communication skills
- Ability to travel within the community and relocate to Petaluma, CA
