What are the responsibilities and job description for the EMT-Paramedic position at MedEx Medical Transport?
We're looking to hire passionate and dedicated EMT Paramedics. As an EMT Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing routine transport to and from medical appointments and will occasionally provide emergency medical services to patients in need. The EMT Paramedic must have a strong understanding of emergency medical procedures and protocols and be able to work well under pressure. Applicants will need to be able to take direction well, be proficient at working independently, and have the ability to manage situations that require quick action. This position is physically demanding and requires excellent driving and customer service skills along with basic computer skills.
We operate with a large fleet of newer vehicles, each of which are equipped with powered Stryker stretchers and/or PowerLoad Systems. We also have many different shift patterns that are available which allows you to choose a flexible work schedule that best fits your needs. Weekly bonuses, up to $3 more per hour, are given to high performing employees.
