Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
Valid Georgia medical license and DEA registration
Experience in community health or undeserved populations preferred
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including histories, exams, diagnosis, and treatment for all ages
- Manage acute conditions and chronic diseases with evidence‑based care plans
- Order, review, and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Deliver preventive care including physicals, well‑child visits, women’s health, immunizations, and screenings
- Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, lifestyle changes, and follow‑up care
- Collaborate with nurses, MAs, APPs, behavioral health, and specialists to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and complete required forms (FMLA, disability, etc.)
- Participate in quality improvement, population health efforts, and safe medication practices
