Practice Overview

• EMR Platform – EPIC with DAX Copilot
• Outpatient primary care in Gainesville, Georgia
• Treating ages 18 years and up for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses in a concierge setting
• Reduced patient panel size for improved care management
• Extended appointment times of 30 – 60 minutes to deliver personalized care
• Access for acute visits, same day, and next day appointments
• Support of local specialists, including expedited labs, pharmacist-led medication overview, and nutrition counseling
• Call for Concierge patients only, shared with APP
• Dedicated and adequate support staff to maintain patient experience
  
  

Working Together With Physicians Like You

• BC/BE in Family Medicine
• Minimum of three years of experience preferred
• Strong desire to spend more time with patients and provide personalized, relationship-based care
• Work closely with medical community to ensure smooth transition of care to hospital or specialists
• Entrepreneurially minded
• Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
