RBT - Fulltime

At MedCare Pediatric, we’re committed to providing personalized, one-on-one care that helps children with autism and developmental disabilities communicate, connect, and grow. Our team works closely with families and supports one another in delivering therapy that leads to meaningful progress — for both our clients and our clinicians.

With our growing team, we’d love to meet experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to be part of building a strong, values-driven program. This role involves working directly with children through behavioral and physical challenges, and we’re focused on providing a team culture that values mentorship, professionalism, and shared impact.

RBT Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Current and Active RBT Certification
• 1 years of experience in an ABA environment
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Maintain a highly professional, positive attitude and demonstrate reliability and punctuality
• Must pass a background check
• Provide direct care to clients in both one-on-one and group settings, following behavior reduction plans and protocols
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data using company-issued tablets and complete daily session notes
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents while attending staff meetings and trainings
