Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Unit Manager
Location: Camden, ME
Shift Timing: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr
Hours per day: 8 hours
Hours per week: 40
(13 Weeks) Contract with possible Extension

Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced RN Unit manager to train new nurses and supervise existing staff. The nurse manager sets the standard of care in a healthcare facility, and responds to complaints from patients.
To be successful as a nurse manager you must have patience when training new staff. A good nurse manager can multitask under pressure.
Documents Required:
Certificate - RN state or Compact License
Experience Required - 1 YR RN
AHA - BLS - Required
Fully covid vaccinated - Required
Responsibilities:
- Hire and train new staff members.
- Supervise staff during shifts.
- Create a budget for the department.
- Respond to patients' complaints or concerns.
- Discipline staff when necessary.
