Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The RN ICU will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to critically ill patients across a broad spectrum of medical conditions. This role demands a proactive approach to patient assessment, advanced clinical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological monitoring to evaluate condition changes promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision, including IV infusions, medication administration, and specialized therapies such as botulinum toxin treatment when applicable.
- Manage airway and ventilator support, ensuring proper functioning and patient safety during critical events.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation of patient care, medical records, and clinical notes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to critically ill patients.

Requirements Required :
- Min 2 years of ICU experience required
- ACLS and BLS required
