Position: RN
Unit : Behavioral Health
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Duration: 13 week
Location: Greensburg, PA 15601
Travel Pay Rate: (above 50 miles)
Hourly:$24.5/hr W2 $1,246/week (non - taxable stipend)
Gross:$2,128/weekly
Local Pay Rate: (within 50 miles)
Hourly: $50/hr (W2)

Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) in Behavioral Health provides care to patients with mental health and psychiatric disorders. They assess patient conditions, administer medications, support therapeutic interventions, and ensure a safe environment while promoting emotional and psychological well-being.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients’ mental health status
- Administer psychiatric medications and treatments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams
- Document patient progress and behavioral observations
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license of PA or Compact.
- BLS required.
- CPI (Crisis Prevention) required.
- Inpatient psych experience required
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Experience with Cerner preferred.
