Pay Range: $60/hr - $67/hr (

Position Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care during assigned shifts. This role includes supervising clinical operations, supporting staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining a safe and efficient care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring proper patient care and workflow
- Monitor patient conditions and ensure timely interventions and accurate reporting
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and quality standards
- Oversee medication administration and clinical procedures for accuracy and safety
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Handle admissions, discharges, and emergency situations efficiently
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted license as RN.
- BLS by AHA
- 1 year of Experience as RN Supervisor
