Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room (ER) care to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing services in a fast-paced, acute care environment, ensuring immediate and effective patient assessment, intervention, and management. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes through expert clinical judgment, efficient triage, and collaborative teamwork.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient assessments upon arrival, including vital signs, medical history review, and physical examinations to determine acuity levels.
• Deliver emergency interventions such as airway management, IV infusion, suturing, and medication administration with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation of patient care activities and medical records management.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients experiencing acute pain, trauma, or critical illnesses.

RN01

Required Qualifications:

• Min 2 years of RN ER experience required
• RN State license
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
