Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Physical Therapist to join a Level I Trauma Center, providing rehabilitation services primarily to medical/surgical and orthopedic patients. The PT will assess, treat, and develop individualized care plans to improve patient mobility, function, and recovery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide rehabilitation for medical/surgical and orthopedic patients.
- Improve mobility, strength, balance, gait, and functional independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in Epic EMR.
- Participate in weekend coverage as needed.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) VA License
- 1 year Acute Care Physical Therapy experience
Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,720.00 per week
