This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner based in Greenwood Village, CO. The Nurse Practitioner will perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, create treatment plans, and provide follow-up care. Responsibilities include prescribing medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, educating patients, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role requires adherence to state and federal guidelines while ensuring high-quality patient care.

• Clinical skills, including diagnosing, prescribing, and developing treatment plans
• Ability to educate patients on health management and preventative care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner and compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Experience in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and maintaining accurate documentation
• Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification
• Professional adaptability and commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Prior experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care is advantageous
