Position: Cath Lab Tech
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90017
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
Duration: 13 week
Weekly for 40 hours: $4,096 weekly ($38 per hour on w2 $2,380 weekly stipend)

Job Summary
The Cath Lab Technician supports cardiologists and healthcare teams during cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, electrophysiology studies, and other cardiovascular procedures. The technician operates specialized imaging equipment, prepares patients, maintains sterile fields, and monitors patient status throughout procedures.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Prepare and maintain cardiac catheterization laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging equipment.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and monitoring.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient responses during procedures.
- Maintain sterile technique and infection-control standards.
- Assist with insertion and removal of catheters, guidewires, and related devices
- Document procedure details and patient information accurately.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, including cardiac arrests.
- Ensure proper functioning, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 year experience in Cath Lab, Structural Heart and EP
- REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS, ARRT,Fluoro Permit
