Pay Rate: $28–$30/hour

Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours

Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Educator to support training initiatives across front-end and back-end revenue cycle operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong healthcare revenue cycle experience who also has a passion for education and knowledge sharing.

You will be responsible for delivering structured training programs using pre-developed curriculum and ensuring staff are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions for revenue cycle staff (front-end through back-end operations)
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing education for new and existing team members
• Interpret and present training materials clearly to a variety of audiences
• Support staff development by reinforcing best practices across the revenue cycle
• Answer questions and provide guidance during and after training sessions
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to leadership as needed
• Ensure consistency and quality in training delivery

Qualifications

Required:

• 2 years of experience within the healthcare revenue cycle (front-end through back-end)
• Prior education, training, or teaching experience (formal or informal)
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows (e.g., patient access, billing, collections, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and educate diverse audiences

Preferred:

• Experience delivering structured training programs in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with hospital or large health system environments
