Job Description:
The Pharmaceutical Project Manager will support global drug development programs and drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams. This role will be responsible for facilitating asset strategy, managing integrated development plans, and ensuring successful execution of project milestones within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support asset strategy initiatives across global development programs
- Manage the scope, development, and execution of integrated global development plans
- Lead project planning activities and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
- Coordinate and collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, commercial, operations, and development teams
- Monitor project risks, identify potential issues, and recommend mitigation and contingency strategies
- Maintain project timelines, reporting, and documentation using project management tools and systems
- Drive clear, concise communication across stakeholders and leadership teams
- Support efficient team operations while fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment
Required Qualifications
- Strong pharmaceutical or biotech drug development experience
- Proven project management experience within a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functional teams
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools, including: Jira, Smart Sheets, OnePager, Prism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project
Salary : $60 - $75
