We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Maternal-Fetal Medicine Sonographer to join our specialized obstetrics and gynecology team. Offers $10k-$30k in sign on bonuses and relocation assistance. Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed obstetric ultrasound examinations, including fetal anatomy scans, growth assessments, and high-risk pregnancy evaluations
• Utilize advanced sonography techniques to capture high-quality images of fetal development and maternal structures
• Apply aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures
• Interpret ultrasound findings in collaboration with physicians, providing clear documentation and preliminary reports
• Maintain thorough knowledge of maternal-fetal physiology, anatomy, and relevant medical terminology to ensure accurate assessments
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and provide reassurance
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and diagnostic radiology standards to ensure patient safety
• Assist in the development of protocols for fetal monitoring and imaging procedures
• Stay current with advancements in sonography technology and maternal-fetal medicine practices through ongoing education
• Support multidisciplinary teams by providing detailed imaging data necessary for clinical decision-making

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Sonographer or in a similar obstetric imaging role
• Strong understanding of maternal-fetal physiology, anatomy, and obstetric ultrasound techniques
• Proficiency in medical terminology related to obstetrics, gynecology, and diagnostic radiology
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and safety standards in medical imaging environments
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams
• Familiarity with sonography equipment, medical imaging software, and diagnostic radiology principles
• Ability to interpret complex ultrasound images accurately and provide detailed reports
• Certification from a recognized sonography or radiologic technology board is preferred
