Technical PM
Start: End of May
Duration: 3-6 month contract with high likely for extension (project is due to be finished in 2028)
Onsite/Remote: Hybrid (ideally 2 days/week onsite)
Overview of role:
This Technical Project Manager is going to support healthcare construction and infrastructure projects (new builds, renovations, clinical spaces). This is a hands-on, field-oriented role working with clinical teams, IT, and construction partners.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage multiple projects (construction, renovations, clinical spaces)
-Coordinate with clinicians, IT, architects, and contractors
-Drive project planning, sequencing, and logistics
-Align construction timelines with technical readiness
-Support go-live and activation efforts
-Identify risks and resolve issues in real time
Required Experience:
-2–3 years of project management experience
-Hospital/health system experience required (not just life sciences)
-Exposure to facilities, infrastructure, or construction projects preferred
-Understanding of clinical workflows is a strong plus
Core Skills:
-Fast thinker & problem solver (can make decisions on the fly)
-Strong communicator (clear, direct, escalates early)
