About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support two Intermediate Care Facilities in St. Louis, MO. These are 24/7 operated, congregate care settings focused on providing high-quality behavioral and clinical support.
Both locations are hiring and offer flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules (up to 40 hours/week).
Position Overview
This professional-level role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior support plans designed to enhance adaptive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors. The BCBA will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and facility staff to ensure effective behavioral interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to guide treatment
- Monitor and adjust interventions based on progress and outcomes
- Train and support staff, caregivers, and family members on ABA techniques
- Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (verification required)
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness
- Ability to interpret behavioral data and provide actionable insights
- Strong communication and training skills
