Job Title: Patient Access Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite preferred)

Duration: 6 months
We are seeking a senior-level Epic Patient Access Analyst with strong hospital scheduling expertise to support critical patient access and operational initiatives for a leading healthcare organization in the Northeast Florida region. This individual will serve as a primary build resource focused on optimizing scheduling workflows, improving front-end access capabilities, and supporting enterprise patient access strategies.
Key Qualifications
- Epic Cadence & Grand Central certifications required
- Strong experience supporting hospital-based scheduling workflows, preferably within Prelude/Grand Central environments
- Expertise with:
- EMPA (Enterprise Patient Access)
- RTE (Real-Time Eligibility)
- Provider Platform front-end build and configuration
- Proven ability to function independently as a senior analyst and primary build resource
- Experience partnering closely with operational leadership to support workflow optimization and access improvements
- Strong understanding of enterprise patient access strategy and scheduling operations
Required:
- Local to open to relocationg to Jacksonville, FL
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (minimum two onsite days weekly)
- Open to contract-to-hire opportunities / willingness to convert to full-time employment
This role will play a key part in advancing patient access capabilities, supporting hospital scheduling optimization, and driving continued operational improvements across the organization.
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
