The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspection of product to ensure conformance to requirements.

The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspection of product to ensure conformance to requirements.
Your Responsibilities
- Comply with Medartis’ Quality System procedures, work instructions and business policies.
- Inspect product according to defined and approved requirements.
- Complete documentation according to established policies and procedures.
- Identifies and segregates non-conforming product, and promptly identifies problems or discrepancies to supervision.
- Utilize measurement equipment such as CMM, Keyence, Micro Vu, comparators, micrometers, calipers, and functional gauges for completion of inspections.
- Complete vigorous cosmetic inspection using microscopes
- Maintain effective working relations, communications and feedback with all other departments.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Basic math skills
- Ability to understand complex written, oral and pictorial instructions to perform usual responsibilities in a timely manner
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to read micrometers, calipers, Micro Vu, comparators, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in medical device is beneficial
- Ability to work with little direct supervision
