Your Responsibilities
- Manage fixed asset tracking and spreadsheets, including monthly entries and payment schedules
- Manage tariff tracking and related reclassification entries
- Utilize accounting and reporting systems to assist with period close tasks
- Assist with preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements
- Perform recurring and ad-hoc analyses as requested by management
- Assist with semi-annual audits and reviews conducted by outside CPA firms
- Support other general accounting and finance responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, but not required
- 1–2 years of accounting or related experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and consistently meet deadlines
