Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

The Warehouse Helper supports daily warehouse operations by unloading windows, doors, and other materials, ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. This role also assists with general warehouse tasks to maintain an organized, clean, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities (Other duties as assigned):

· Unload incoming shipments of windows, doors, and related materials safely and efficiently

· Inspect products for damage and report any issues to supervisors

· Assist with organizing, sorting, and storing inventory in designated areas

· Prepare items for delivery or shipment, including staging and packaging

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas

· Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) as needed

· Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

· Provide general support to warehouse staff and assist with other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Ability to lift heavy materials (typically 50–100 lbs) repeatedly

· Strong work ethic and reliability

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

· Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus

· Team player with good communication skills

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials, including windows and doors, often weighing up to 100 lbs. The role also involves prolonged standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movements throughout the workday in a physically demanding environment.
