Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Revit Drafter role based in Sarasota, FL. The Revit Drafter will be responsible for creating precise and comprehensive architectural drawings and renderings using Revit software. Responsibilities include collaborating with design and construction teams, maintaining project documentation, modifying designs as needed, and ensuring compliance with design and construction standards. The Revit Drafter will play a crucial role in bringing custom home designs to life with attention to detail and accuracy. Salary is commensurate with experience from $20-35 hour. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to create detailed architectural drawings
• Familiarity with construction documents, building codes, and industry standards
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in residential drafting or construction-related fields is preferred
• Associate degree or certification in drafting, architecture, or a related field
• Knowledge of Florida building codes and practices is a plus
