- Education and/or Experience – High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Language Skills –Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with agencies and clients.
- Mathematical Skills – Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc. This role requires an average knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Responsible for daily communication with drivers, dispatch, partner agencies and call center.
- Ensure school trip information is updated as required by the schools or agencies in which we provide services. Ex. Mt Healthy, DPCR, Norwood, Assured Transportation, ACCEL etc.
- Identify pattern No Shows and notify the proper school or agency that scheduled the services.
- Communicate with customers to reduce No Shows.
- Retrieving information on customers and solving any problems from a logistics standpoint.
- Enter vehicle work orders into Fleetio.
- Running reports as required.
- Work with Dispatch to schedule vehicle maintenance services.
- May need to take calls when short staffed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Degree or similar Degree level required.
- Have two years of experience in customer service.
- Possess basic computer literacy, Word, Excel.
- Be knowledgeable of scanner, fax, and photocopy machines.
- Valid Driver's license with good driving record
