Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse MS/Tele Per Diem position to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients. You are a Registered Nurse (RN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in creating personalized care plans for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong penchant for solving problems.

MS/Tele RNs are needed at Clara Maass Medical Center, an RWJBH facility!
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of MS/Tele with Oncology acute care experience
- Active RN License
- Current AHA BLS certification
-ACLS is preferred
- ONS/ONCC Chemo Immunotherapy certification (prior to start)
-This unit is a straight med/surg/oncology unit. Care is provided to post-op patients, Med/surg patients/ Oncology patients with provision chemotherapy.
- Must have experience with administration/monitoring of chemotherapy and post surgical care
- Willing to float to less or like specialties where needed
- 2 clinical leadership references from assignments within the last 2 years

- Shift Times: 7a-7:30p
Orientation Details:
- 1st day computer training at home on Monday, 2nd day on-unit @ 7a on Tuesday

Additional Details:
- Charting system: EPIC (previous experience required)
- Scrubs color: Navy Blue
- 1 year separation for previous staff
- Parking is free in unassigned spots
- Clinicians can only pick up 2-shifts per week maximum
- Please be aware of sub review turnaround time could take 1-2 weeks!
