We have partnered with a reputable insurance company to recruit for a full-time Marketplace Facilitated Enroller to help individuals navigate their healthcare coverage options!
In this role, you will assist individuals with enrolling in qualified health plans through the NYS Marketplace, including Metal Level Plans, Child Health Plus, and Medicaid Managed Plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with selecting and enrolling in qualified health plans through the NYS Marketplace.
- Educate customers on available coverage options, including Metal Level Plans, Child Health Plus, and Medicaid Managed Plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting members through the enrollment process.
- Utilize Salesforce, the NYS Marketplace website, and internal online systems to complete enrollments and maintain accurate records.
- Follow state and organizational guidelines related to health insurance sales and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all required enrollment information is completed.
Location: 100% on-site
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Pay: $22/hr plus benefits!
Duration: 6-month temp contract with potential for extension or permanent hire!
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience selling health insurance through the NYS Marketplace preferred.
- NYS Marketplace certification preferred; candidates without certification may be eligible to complete certification through the state, but prior certification is strongly preferred due to the timing of the open enrollment period.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience using Salesforce, online enrollment platforms, or similar systems preferred.
