Job Summary (List Format):



- Develops and implements treatment plans to improve patients’ swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and to decrease aspiration risks.

- Designs communication strategies to enhance patient understanding and expression.

- Leads, guides, and directs the delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services within the facility.

- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.

- Provides appropriate care and services to residents in a nursing and rehabilitation setting.

- Required to have at least 2 years of Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) experience.

- Must possess a valid Texas SLP license.
