Job Description
Provide high-level administrative support to the President of the company which includes clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, contacting customers, and scheduling meetings. As well as train and supervise lower-level clerical staff. The ideal applicant will have a 'can do' attitude and the ability to manage all office daily activities and resolve any situation with efficiency.

Education and Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience providing support at the executive level; proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite. A College or Bachelors Degree is required.
Knowledge:
• Human Resources: Experience managing, motivating, and mentoring a team of adults. Including best hiring and terminating practices.
• Clerical: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
• English Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
